Return & Exchange Policy

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item is unused and in its original, sealed packaging Return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date Original proof of purchase or order number is provided Item is not marked as final sale or part of a promotional bundle

Opened or partially used fragrances are not eligible for return due to the intimate nature of the product, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used fragrances Items purchased during final sale events Gift cards and digital vouchers Bespoke or personalised orders Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item should be as effortless as wearing your favourite scent. Follow these steps:

1. Email us at care@hiddencourtyard.com with your order number and reason for return Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label Pack the item securely in its original packaging Drop it off at any authorised courier location Receive your refund or exchange once we inspect the item

Return Shipping

Hidden Courtyard covers return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items. For change-of-mind returns, a flat return shipping fee of ₹199 will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are always complimentary.

International Orders

We currently accept returns from all regions we ship to. International return shipping fees vary by location and will be communicated when your return is approved. Customs duties and import taxes on returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
